Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Digital Marketing and Website Development services provided by JGR Marketing to the client.

These terms and conditions apply to any service provided by JGR Marketing to any clients, the client does not necessarily have to have signed an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for them to apply. If the client has accepted a quote for services provided by JGR Marketing, then this will be deemed as accepting the terms and conditions of service.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or acceptance of services implies that you have read the following terms and conditions and accept them.
Any charges for services provided by JGR Marketing as defined in the project quotation that the clients receive via email and/or in writing. Quotations are valid for 60 days of the date on the quotation. JGR Marketing has the right the alter or decline the quotation if nothing is heard from the client within 60 days.
Unless agreed otherwise, all Digital Marketing and Web Development services require a deposit of 10% of the total project price or £100 whichever is more, then the remaining 90% of the project price is required before the services are provided to the customer or the website is transferred to your domain.
Payment for services is due by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Jonathon Roberts and sent to Peacock Cottage, Sugar Lane, Manley, Frodsham, Cheshire, WA6 9DZ. Bank details will be made available on invoices.
Client Review (Web Development)
JGR Marketing will give the opportunity at least once during the web development for the client to review the appearance and content of the website during the design process and once the website is ready for launch. At the completion of the project, the website will be deemed acceptable and approved unless the client notifies JGR Marketing within 10 days of the date the materials are available to the client.
Client Review (Digital Marketing Services)
JGR Marketing will give the opportunity at least once during the service for the client to review the service being provided during the planning process and once the plan is ready to be implemented. At the completion of the project, the service will be deemed acceptable and approved unless the client notifies JGR Marketing within 10 days of the date the materials are available to the client.
Turnaround Time and Content Control (Web Development)
JGR Marketing will transfer the website to the live server by the date specified by JGR Marketing, which is agreed with the client, unless a delay is specifically requested by JGR Marketing or Client or payment is not received.
In return, the client agrees to delegate a single individual in their organisation to be the primary contact for JGR Marketing, unless otherwise agreed.
During the project, JGR Marketing will require the client to provide content or any information required to offer the service e.g. content for website, images, movies, and sound files.

JGR Marketing will provide the service by the date specified by JGR Marketing, which is agreed with the client, unless a delay is specifically requested by JGR Marketing or Client or payment is not received. Payment of Services
Invoices will be provided by JGR Marketing upon completion but before offering the service or publishing the live website. Invoices are normally sent via email. Invoices are due upon receipt. Payment must be received within 30 days after the day of the invoice.
The client agrees to reimburse JGR Marketing if any necessary additional expenses are required for the completion of the world. Examples include Special fonts for the website, stock photography, plugins, etc. The additional expenses will be communicated to the client and the additional expense will be added to the invoice.
The client retains the copyright to any data, files or graphics provided by the client, and grants JGR Marketing the rights to publish the data provided. The client must obtain permission if any information is copyrighted by a third party. Any information that is provided by the client that is copyrighted by a third party is the responsibility of the client, not JGR Marketing, so if any copyright infringements occur the responsibility relies on the client not JGR Marketing. Acceptance of these terms and conditions and accepting a quote from JGR Marketing is regarded as a guarantee by the client to JGR Marketing that the required permissions have been obtained to use the content. Evidence of the permissions may be requested.
Delivery of content
Unless otherwise agreed, any information, imagery or graphics provided by the client to JGR Marketing is either delivered through Cloud Storage, USB or via email.
A link to JGR Marketing will appear in the footer/bottom of the website of the client. If a client requests that the Design credit is removed there is a fee of 20% of the total project price, or if the project is less than £500 a fixed fee of £100 is applied. The client also agrees that the project can be included in JGR Marketing portfolio on our website.
If the service is to be provided sometimes there is access required e.g. Google Ads for PPC and access to web hosting. Therefore, JGR Marketing must be granted access to these services to provide the Digital Marketing or Web Development services.
Any modifications to the website or service by the client is the responsibility of the client not JGR Marketing who is not held viable if an employee of the client edits the website and causes a problem.
JGR Marketing can purchase domain names on behalf of the client. Payment and renewal are the responsibility of JGR Marketing and the responsibility for client is to pay JGR Marketing for any renewals of domains. The client should keep a record of the due dates for payment to ensure payment is received before the expiry date. The loss, cancellation or otherwise of the domain brought about by non or late payment by the client is not the responsibility of the client not JGR Marketing.
JGR Marketing hereby excludes itself, its Employees and or Agents from all and any liability from:
- Loss or damaged caused by inaccuracy.
- Loss or damage caused by omission.
- Loss or damage caused by delay or error
- Loss or damage to client’s artwork/photos, supplied for the site.
